This truly unique program allows participants to network with leaders, take part in personal and career development classes, and build transferable skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, guest service and effective communication."

The Disney College Program is a paid internship in either Disney World (Orlando, FL) or Disneyland (Anaheim, CA).  It is for students that are enrolled Full-Time or Part-Time in an accredited college or university and are at least 18 years of age.  All participants are given a job within the company and are also given the opportunity to take classes for credit (provided your college or university accepts them) or seminars.  The participants pay for housing on Disney property and live with a number of roommates, depending on where you live and your preference.  There’s time to explore the parks and surrounding places along with working in one of the most internationally renown companies in the world!
